Chris cut his teeth in advertising at J. Walter Thompson and went on to found both the integrated agency HHP&B and creative agency Blowfish. As CEO, Chris focuses on setting the vision and raising the profile of the agency, as well as engaging the management team to deliver outstanding work and results on behalf of our clients.

Group CEO

With a background at Saatchi in both London and Paris, Richard co-founded TMW Unlimited in 1987, fulfilling a variety of roles from client services through to business development. As TMW Unlimited Group CEO, he is responsible for developing the agency’s propositions and range of services, as well as expanding our international capabilities.

Paul Tullo

TMW Unlimited Group Chairman

Paul is a founding partner of TMW Unlimited. As Group Chairman, he oversees the management and performance of the company, helps develop new products and promotes the evolution of services to meet ever-changing client demands. His background and real love is all things creative, with over 30 years’ experience in building the agency’s creative department and developing our fantastic creative reputation.

Chief Digital Officer

Chris leads the technology, project management and innovation teams at TMW Unlimited and is responsible for delivering world class web, application and digital services to our clients. He also oversees our social, influencer and content teams and is a director of Things Unlimited. He manages to do all of this without looking busy.

Commercial Director

David heads up the agency’s finance and operational departments, leading major client fee and contract negotiations and supporting all agency teams. He ensures investment in the business is protected and that we remain on a strong financial footing so we can deliver best-in-class services for our clients.

Data Director

Anna is head of TMW Unlimited data department, ensuring we use data in the most effective way possible to optimise campaigns, generate business intelligence and drive marketing strategy. In 2015 and 2016, Anna was featured in the DataIQ Big Data 100 as one of the hundred people setting the data-driven business agenda in the UK today.

Managing Director

Alex is responsible for the day-to-day performance of TMW Unlimited. He works with the wider leadership team to ensure we deliver on our client promises, grow our talent and evolve our client offering. He’s a motivator, problem solver and all-round promoter of authentic leadership.

Finance Director

Emma manages the finance team and works closely with colleagues to ensure the appropriate resourcing of the business to service our clients’ needs. She acts as a sounding board for all day-to-day financial and commercial matters, with a particular focus on ensuring our charging structures are competitive.

Graeme runs the agency’s 50-strong creative department. He has shaped the team to be flexible and fleet of foot, with a dedication to creating beautifully executed, influential ideas. Under his leadership, the department has won awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD Impacts, The Webbys, Campaign Bigs, Effies, DMAs and more.

An expert in successful customer engagement strategy and communication planning, Kate works closely with our clients to help them develop holistic customer experiences that deliver personalised, contextually relevant content across multiple touch-points. Kate heads up a team of 18 integrating insight generation, strategic planning, data planning, marketing effectiveness and web, social and data analytics.

Client Services Director

Emma heads up the agency’s Client Services department, ensuring that the 60 strong team consistently provide best-in-class service to our growing portfolio of clients. She has a proven track record in business development – with experience leading big accounts like Diageo, Sainsbury’s, Sony Mobile, Unilever and Virgin Trains – and an unwavering passion for developing talent.
