The major motivation behind the European-wide ‘Be Exceptional’ campaign, was to reposition Canon (in the eyes of their customers and prospects) as a consultative partner who can bring about seismic shifts in the successes of the organisations it works with. To overcome the pre-conception that Canon is ‘just’ a hardware provider, and to tell customers about its consultative services, which are designed to help other businesses achieve game-changing results.

We delivered an extensive toolkit of assets – from billboards and digital display, through to insight-based content such as articles and white papers. In addition, a central content hub was established online to be stocked with fresh insights and engaging content over the course of the campaign.

To ensure consistency across multiple markets, all communications were carefully templated and delivered to local markets across Europe via a central strategic framework – inspiring them to drive this forward.
